As an Account Manager you will

  • Engage deeply and constantly with metaverse trends, technologies and market and turn them into opportunities for our partnerships and clients;
  • Negotiate contracts and handle paperwork (briefing, invoice, contract, etc.) and generate reports on the status of accounts and transactions;
  • Regularly follow up after a deal is closed to ensure customer’s satisfaction;
  • Ensure with the production team that the client’s and Kokku’s budgets are respected and the result is delivered on time with the expected quality;
  • Track delivery dates, deliverables and approvals and resolve conflicts, if there are any, with clients in a timely manner;
  • Manage active communications with potential customers through calls, email, etc. to meet sales targets;
  • Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales, improve customer experience, and build customer loyalty.


We expect you to have

  • Proven experience in Sales, Account Management, Business Development or a similar role
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics;
  • Knowledge of CRM software – HubSpot – and MS Office (MS Excel);
  • Fluent English;
  • Deep interest in everything Metaverse related (AR/VR/XR technologies, DeFi, Crypto, NFTs and Web3).


Would also be nice to have

  • Academic background in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations or similar areas;
  • Knowledge in Decentraland, NFTs, Crypto, Blockchain and DeFi;
  • Professional experience with AR/VR/XR and open-world games.
